1. General Policy
Sub Divisional Government Degree College, Dhamdaha, is a government constituent college. The policies for fees, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the rules and regulations set forth by the college administration, Purnea University, and the Government of Bihar.
2. Admission and Tuition Fees
Fees once paid for admission, registration, tuition, examination, or any other academic service are generally **non-refundable**. This includes application fees and processing fees for online admission.
3. Cancellation of Admission
If a student chooses to cancel their admission after paying fees, the refund of fees, if any, will be strictly in accordance with the rules prescribed by Purnea University. Students must submit a formal application for cancellation to the college principal's office.
The college reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student who provides false or misleading information, or who fails to comply with the college's rules and regulations. In such cases, fees paid will not be refunded.
4. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy (e.g., for duplicate payments, or as mandated by government/university orders) will be at the sole discretion of the college principal. All such requests must be made in writing and will be processed as per the established procedure.
